Managing partner and founder, together with the late businessman Dan David, of ATE Technology Equipment B.V., the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr. Apeloig has held senior management positions in leading Israeli industrial, commercial and infrastructure companies. Mr. Apeloig is a CPA and holds a B.A. cum laude in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University

Leeor has served as the CEO of Eden Springs (public company, Israel leading mineral water brand) and CEO of Pauza coffee services (largest coffee services BTB supplier) managing operations in retail, direct delivery and production. During his term as VP of Business development of Eden Europe Leeor led a series of acquisitions and built the foundations for future business expansion to more than 16 countries across Europe. Prior to joining the company, he served as VP Business development in A.H.N.A Ltd holdings (leading service provider to municipal and water utility market) and led business development initiatives and acquisitions in various fields as energy efficiency services, BPO projects, parking management and more. Leeor holds a BSc in industrial engineering (cum laude), a BA in Economics (cum laude) from the Technion and a MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Yossi joined Leader Holdings in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his current position at Leader Holdings, Yossi served as Chief Executive Officer and as Chief Financial Officer at Leadmas Properties PLC (LDMS), a leading Real Estate developer in the CEE countries. Yossi also served as Chief Financial Officer at TippCom Ltd., a leading company in the field of cellular content ,which was sold to Unicell, Advanced Cellular Solutions Ltd. in 2007. Between 2002-2006, Yossi served as financial manager at the Infrastructure and Integration division of Matrix Ltd. (MTRX), the leading Information Technology company in Israel. Yossi is a graduate of PWC, Israel and holds a B.A. degree from the accounting and business management department of the Management College and an M.A.from the Bar-Ilan University department of law.
